Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of firstreach. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

firstreach detects companies that have opened a relevant role, identifies a decision-maker with a verified work email, and delivers a ready-to-send lead. Where agreed, we also manage outreach on your behalf.

Accounts

You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your details accurate and your password secure.

Fees & payment

The service is billed directly by invoice / bank transfer on the plan agreed with you, typically on a quarterly term. Any money-back commitment applies only as expressly stated in your order.

Acceptable use

You agree to use delivered leads and any sending features lawfully: honour opt-outs, include required sender information, and comply with applicable marketing law (including UK PECR and US CAN-SPAM). Do not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing messages.

Data responsibilities

For outreach you control, you are the controller and we are your processor. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for your campaigns and for maintaining your own suppression list.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the firstreach platform. You retain rights in your own data and content.

Warranties & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Term & termination

Either party may end the agreement per the order terms. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
